We offer Roll Etching Machines for Steel Industry, the advantage of roll etching process provides eatch surface on HR and CR sheets which helps in retaining paint, zink, powder coating and other applications.

Shot blasting machine is supplied with vibratory screen, so that four types of shots/grits can be used for obtaining different surface roughness.

Figure shows roll etching machine for etching mill rolls. The wheels are stationary and roller trolley moves backend forth below blast stream. Rolls are rotated; shot blasting gives uniform each surface on two mill rolls. Single mill roll trolley is also available.
