Small components can also be cleaned by loading into carrier basket. Various work handling schemes like Straight, Tee, Y and continuous loop is possible. Machine can handle load of 1500 kg/hanger or more. Ideally suited for Cleaning, Castings like Cylinder Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Tractor and Diesel Engines Components, Fabricated Components, etc. Several Configuration available Straight Y Type Loop T Type Monorail     2) Door Hanger Capacity : 350 Kg. to 750 Kg. Approx Jobs are hung on the door. On closing the door parts appears in the front of the wheel. On completion of shot blasting cycle door is opened and the second door with the job hung enters the cabinet. In this type of machines with 2 Doors one may get 30 to 40% more production.     3) 2/3/4 Wheel Continuous Monorail Hanger Machine Capacity : 4/8 Hooks Load 750 to 1500 Kg. per Hanger In this type of mahchine parts are suspended on trees hung on hager or special fixtures and are carries into abrasive stream.
