Coils upto 1500 kg are loaded on mandrils shotblasted in 10 min. Previously pickling took more than 1 - 2 hours for the same operation. Shot Blasting increases productivity, operation is simple requires minimum labour and space, reduces pickling cost, acid disposal waste, corrosion problem.
